Raazia Ganie, CFA, leads the Investment Team at NMG Benefits. She brings over 24 years of experience in the consulting industry, advising both complex and institutional clients on investment strategy, manager selection, and portfolio construction.

Before joining NMG Benefits, Raazia spent a decade at Alexander Forbes as a Principal Consultant and gained international experience with Willis Towers Watson in the UK, as well as through other global engagements. She has also served as an advisor at a private bank.

Raazia is known for her client-centric approach to investing and her commitment to introducing globally contemporary investment practices to southern African markets. She holds a BCom from the University of Cape Town, the Investment Management Certificate, and is a CFA charterholder.

Raazia currently serves as the Vice President of CFA Society South Africa.
